Our staff includes multiple disciplines ranging from experienced assembly technicians to EE’s, P.E.’s, and Ph.D.’s. MTS employs people in a variety of fields. Along with our in-house staff, we also supply staff and temporary service personnel for various customers. Employers often bring new employees through a temporary service for a probationary period prior to hiring direct and permanent. MTS facilitates the staffing needs of the marketplace.
